CITY OF GOD reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or other errors.

If an obvious pricing or listing error affects an order, CITY OF GOD may contact the customer before fulfillment to confirm whether the customer wishes to proceed at the correct price.

If the customer does not wish to proceed, the order may be cancelled and applicable amounts refunded.

3.6 Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance where additional verification is required.

CITY OF GOD may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including where:

• Merchandise is unavailable;
• Payment cannot be authorized;
• Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected;
• A material pricing or listing error occurred;
• Shipping to the destination is unavailable;
• Order quantities appear commercially unreasonable or abusive; or

If CITY OF GOD cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount paid for the cancelled merchandise will be refunded.

The current policy provides an 80-day return period for eligible merchandise.

3.9 Shipping

Orders are subject to the CITY OF GOD Shipping Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Logos;
• Trademarks;
• Trade dress;
• Product designs;
• Graphics;

• Video;
• Copy;
• Typography;
• Product names;
• Slogans;
• Website design;
• Original artwork;
• Marketing materials;
• Software;
• Written materials; and
• Other original creative content

is owned by, licensed to, or used by CITY OF GOD and/or applicable rights holders.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from CITY OF GOD intellectual property without prior written authorization, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

3.11 User-Submitted Content

If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, comments, testimonials, social-media content, or other material to CITY OF GOD, you grant CITY OF GOD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and publish that content for legitimate business, marketing, advertising, promotional, and operational purposes, subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot legally be waived.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content.

CITY OF GOD does not claim ownership of your underlying intellectual property merely because you submit it.

Because CITY OF GOD has not yet been legally formed, a specific state governing-law provision should be inserted after the business entity and governing jurisdiction are established.

3.18 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

3.19 No Waiver

A failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or any other right.
